We use a wide range of equipment and training techniques to ensure any fitness levels are challenged. Kettlebells, boxing, tyre flips, ropes and parachutes are just some of the fun and exciting things you wil do!







kettlebellsKETTLEBELLS: Kettlebell training is a fantastic all over body workout. It is brilliant for burning fat and is particularly good for toning those problem areas – legs, bums and abs.  Through strengthening the back it does wonders for the posture, making you stand tall and strong.









BOXING: Research shows that varying the intensity of training is the fastest way to burn fat and improve fitness. Boxing is the perfect exercise for this type of interval training. Using focus pads, punch bags and a variety of tried and tested safe techniques you will build stamina, improve recovery time and sharpen your hand to eye co-ordination. Women in particular, suffer from under-developed upper body strength and our boxing classes are an excellent way to build this








CIRCUIT TRAINING: Using the best techniques we have created a fun and effective work out that caters to all levels of ability – even in the same class. Combining both cardio and strength exercises,  Circuit Training is a fantastic way to give a turbo charge to your training whether you are just starting out, want to lose weight or are already training regularly.





PERSONAL TRAINING: Perhaps training in a class isn’t for you, or you have a particular health or fitness goal that demands personal focus. Personal training and Yoga instruction gives you one on one undivided attention from a qualified instructor, tailored to meet your individual needs. Whether you are just starting out on the road to health and fitness or training or weight loss programme has reached a plateau personal training will bring you to a new level of motivation and demonstrates the fastest of results. Exercise and Training can be helped or hampered by your personal attitude, sometimes we don’t even recognise the barriers we place between us and achieving our goals. Our personal trainers are adept in bringing improving your mental attitude as well as working with you to achieve your physical goals.
