Jill’s 9 years experience in the fitness industry and infectious energy make her sessions fun, effective and different each time! After beginning her own fitness journey she has studied and trained up to a level 3 fitness and personal instructor, group exercise instructor and leisure manager and is now an experienced and passionate instructor who will help you achieve you personal goals.
Richard Thornley
With 15 years training and experience Richard is now a level 3 fitness and personal trainer, group fitness instructor and has a wide range of training experience in kettlebells, boxing and martial arts. His knowledge and experience shines through in his group fitness classes.
